An accident after six Toyotas converged resulted in Denny Hamlin, Bubba Wallace and Erik Jones being absent for the day. John Hunter Nemechek finished a few laps behind. It looked like Nemechek stepped into Wallace and took out Jones.

Hamlin, Jones and Wallace were released from the care center.

The first non-stage break caution of the day comes out with 56 laps to go when Bell crashes into the wall. Michael McDowell cycles into the lead after the restart.

Bell was released from the care center.
